Porsche Cars North America - The worst customer service experience I ever had
No I'm still without a part for a $200,000 car and its sitting at the dealer for 1 month already
I have a 201* 911 Turbo S and unfortunately someone hit me and
its been almost 3 months now and Porsche Germany hasn't even sent an acknowledgement to the dealer regarding the out of stock situation and date of completion for a missing suspension part damaged in the accident.
How can this be that they can't even respond to a dealers request and get back to the dealer and parts manager.
I'm now without my car for 3 months and Porsche can't even respond
this is good customer service????
Really terrible I paid $150K and now 50K in repairs 200K to Porsche
and can't even get an answer or know when I'll have my car back....
I guess I should seek legal advice perhaps LEMON LAW?
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $4500.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
