I own a 2014 Porsche Panamera 4, this car books @ nearly $100K. We had some rain last month, and the rear hatch seals failed so some rainwater got into the electrical and sound systems. Of course, all of this needs to be repaired. I had the car towed to Porsche locally (Huntsville, AL) for what I thought would be a simple new car warranty fix. Nope! They denied it and state this is a weather event...really? I do not know about the rest of the civilized world, but I've NEVER had a car leak in a rainstorm. High end OR low end. Not only did Porsche loose another sale (I was going to buy a new Macan this month), but they lost a client for life. I plan to take this to the bitter end out of principle!
My new 911 has a fuel filler door that will not open. After driving 45 minutes to my closest Porsche dealer, the service department did not want to take my car in due to the fact that I was within 30 minutes of the service department closing. Their solution at Hennessy...Read more

Porsche Cars North America - HORRIBLE, DEALERS IN ILLINOIS SUCK.
Tried to get an app for PASM failure, stability control in 2016 Cayman s. Dealer told me 5 week wait time, no loaner. Car is still under warranty. Is it safe to drive I asked, dealer said I do not know. Porsche Customer Service is even worse, no help at all. Talked to one guy who barely spoke english. LOL I have no idea what their purpose is, if they can not do anything.

We have a 2016 – porsche cayanne. 10/29/2018 – About 9 am, we heard a raising engine should from the garage. (This car was not used for 2 days). As we notice the car is making this kind of sound we opened the driver door and whatever was making the sound it shut off....Read more

Porsche customer care is the worst one... The dealer is unable to find the intermittent starting of the blower motor... The customer care says dealer tech is the final word. They want the customer to take video of the incident when it happens and take to the same...Read more

Porsche has been unable to repair my damaged bumper on my 2016 Porsche Panamera in over 10 months! There is no offer of compensation, for driving the car with a piece of tape holding the bumper on the car! Now, the lease is ending and they think accepting the car...Read more

PCNA seemed like they cared about a dealer that misrepresented a car I purchased, but when it came down to it, all they do is send a message to the dealer to contact me. It never happened and they just said, all they do is create contact. Nice. I get better service...Read more
